Reflection
I am Mohammed Abbas; I
was responsible for this meeting. The meeting was about the possibility of integrating
genders in the college. I expect that I was able to lead the meeting in a good
way.
However, at this meeting we
talked about the four key points. The points are : advantages and disadvantages,
classes and solutions. At first we talked about the advantages of the merger, and
both Abdullah and Ayoob said many of the ideas. For example, absenteeism would
be reduced. In the second point we
talked about the negative aspects of integration of students. The most
important point is that the students will be less because of modesty.
Intervention of Mr. Hedley who expressed his opinion, and asked a few questions that
were answered by Ayoob and Abdullah. After that we talked about classes. In the
end, we have some solutions to the problems that we faced in the meeting and that
lie ahead if we apply the gender integration in the colleges. As in charge of this
meeting, I see that everyone has to participate in this meeting. In general the
meeting was excellent.
